* Input: uinput - don't use "interruptible" in FF codeDmitry Torokhov2005-11-20
| | | | | | | | | If thread that submitted FF request gets interrupted somehow it will release request structure and ioctl handler will work with freed memory. TO prevent that from happening switch to using wait_for_completion instead of wait_for_completion_interruptible. Signed-off-by: Dmitry Torokhov <dtor@mail.ru>

* Input: return correct value when setting up absolute device via uinipt.Ian Campbell2005-06-01
| | | | | | | | | | | | uinput_alloc_device() is supposed to return the number of bytes read, the value is returned to uinput_write() and from there to userspace. If EV_ABS is set then it returns the value from uinput_validate_absbits() instead, which is zero when everything is ok instead of the count. Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
