This patch adds a sample DT-based APE6EVM "reference" implementation. The
use of platform-specific C-code should be avoided with this configuration
as much as possible.

usb phy driver which needs platform data at the time of
registration is used from Marzen only.
Now, ARM/shmobile aims to support DT,
and the C code base board support will be removed
if DT support is completed.
Current driver registration method which needs platform data
and which is not shared complicates codes.
This means legacy C code cleanup after DT supporting
will be more complicated
This patch registers it on board code as cleanup C code

Now when the r8a7740 code has been converted to make use of
GIC instead of INTC for root interrupt controller it is
possible to exclude the low level INTC demux function
shmobile_handle_irq_intc from linking.

The functions in pm-rmobile.c are only used on sh7372 and
r8a7740, so adjust the Makefile to only link in that file
in case those SoCs are selected.

No need to special case r8a73a4 ->init_machine(),
so get rid of undesired cpufreq platform device
from the generic long term r8a73a4 DT support code.
For short term support on APE6EVM the DT reference
implementation already adds a "cpufreq-cpu0" platform
device so that can be used for development.
Regarding more long term cpufreq support, perhaps
it makes sense to adjust the cpufreq driver to check
for DT information directly instead of using a
platform device for software configuration and DT
for hardware parameters.

To prevent cores from exiting wfi when they are about to be shut down
the GIC CPU IF must be disabled so that the GIC CPU IF IRQ output line
is not asserted to the cores. wfi completion must be prevented since,
in absence of coordinating HW logic, if the power controller receives
a standbywfi signal but in the meantime the processor restarts executing
owing to a pending IRQ, the core might be reset when running in a
non-quiescent state (eg with pending load/store transactions)
Raw GIC distributor IRQ signals are routed to the power controller, that
is capable of taking core out of reset on pending IRQs even if their GIC
CPU IF is disabled, thus keeping the normal wfi behaviour.
GIC CPU IF is restored upon CPU wake-up by the respective MCPM API
consumers (ie CPU idle driver and suspend to RAM thread).

Add a CLK_SET_RATE_NO_REPARENT clock flag, which will prevent muxes
being reparented during clk_set_rate.
To avoid breaking existing platforms, all callers of clk_register_mux()
are adjusted to pass the new flag. Platform maintainers are encouraged
to remove the flag if they wish to allow mux reparenting on set_rate.

"Not much changes for the 3.12 merge window. The major tracing changes

H Peter Anvin added a check to x86_32 static function tracing that
helps a small segment of the kernel community.
Oleg Nesterov had a few changes from 3.11, but were mostly clean ups
and not worth pushing in the -rc time frame.
Li Zefan had small clean up with annotating a raw_init with __init.
I fixed a slight race in updating function callbacks, but the race is
so small and the bug that happens when it occurs is so minor it's not
even worth pushing to stable.

Early microcode loading runs C code before paging is enabled on 32
bits. Since ftrace puts a hook into every function, that hook needs
to be safe to execute in the pre-paging environment. This is
currently true for dynamic ftrace but not for static ftrace.
Static ftrace is obsolescent and assumed to not be
performance-critical, so we can simply test that the stack pointer
falls within the valid range of kernel addresses.

The nand driver use cpu_is_at32ap7000() macro for a workaround. For the
multi-platform support, we will remove this cpu_is_xxx() macro.
This patch adds a boolean variable need_reset_workaround in structure
atmel_nand_data. Using this variable we can remove cpu_is_at32ap7000() macro.
Hans-Christian: Feel free to push this through the mtd tree, if they won't
accept it I'm working on getting my workflow up on the linux-avr32.git tree.

This patch cleans the initialization of dma contiguous framework. The
all-in-one dma_declare_contiguous() function is now separated into
dma_contiguous_reserve_area() which only steals the the memory from
memblock allocator and dma_contiguous_add_device() function, which
assigns given device to the specified reserved memory area. This improves
the flexibility in defining contiguous memory areas and assigning device
to them, because now it is possible to assign more than one device to
the given contiguous memory area. Such split in initialization procedure
is also required for upcoming device tree support.

Select ARCH_WANT_OPTIONAL_GPIOLIB from SOC_TZ1090 to allow GPIOLIB and
GPIO_TZ1090 (the main gpio driver) to be enabled once it is merged, and
instantiate it from tz1090.dtsi.

Cast usecs to u64, to ensure that the (usecs * 4295 * HZ)
multiplication is 64 bit.
Initially, the (usecs * 4295 * HZ) part was done as a 32 bit
multiplication, with the result casted to 64 bit. This led to some bits
falling off, causing a "DMA initialization error" in the stmmac Ethernet
driver, due to a premature timeout.

This helps remove asid-to-mm reverse map
While mm->context.id contains the ASID assigned to a process, our ASID
allocator also used asid_mm_map[] reverse map. In a new allocation
cycle (mm->ASID >= @asid_cache), the Round Robin ASID allocator used this
to check if new @asid_cache belonged to some mm2 (from prev cycle).
If so, it could locate that mm using the ASID reverse map, and mark that
mm as unallocated ASID, to force it to refresh at the time of switch_mm()
However, for SMP, the reverse map has to be maintained per CPU, so
becomes 2 dimensional, hence got rid of it.
With reverse map gone, it is NOT possible to reach out to current
assignee. So we track the ASID allocation generation/cycle and
on every switch_mm(), check if the current generation of CPU ASID is
same as mm's ASID; If not it is refreshed.
(Based loosely on arch/sh implementation)
