Initialization of cra_list is currently mixed, most ciphers initialize this
field and most shashes do not. Initialization however is not needed at all
since cra_list is initialized/overwritten in __crypto_register_alg() with
list_add(). Therefore perform cleanup to remove all unneeded initializations
of this field in 'arch/s390/crypto/'

Pull irqdomain changes from Grant Likely:
"Round of refactoring and enhancements to irq_domain infrastructure.
This series starts the process of simplifying irqdomain. The ultimate
goal is to merge LEGACY, LINEAR and TREE mappings into a single
system, but had to back off from that after some last minute bugs.
Instead it mainly reorganizes the code and ensures that the reverse
map gets populated when the irq is mapped instead of the first time it
is looked up.
Merging of the irq_domain types is deferred to v3.7
In other news, this series adds helpers for creating static mappings
on a linear or tree mapping."

In preparation to remove the slow revmap path, eliminate the public
radix revmap lookup functions. This simplifies the code and makes the
slowpath removal patch a lot simpler.

At irq_setup_virq() time all of the data needed to update the reverse
map is available, but the current code ignores it and relies upon the
slow path to insert revmap records. This patch adds revmap updating
to the setup path so the slow path will no longer be necessary.

The pattern (np ? np->full_name : "<none>") is rather common in the
kernel, but can also make for quite long lines. This patch adds a new
inline function, of_node_full_name() so that the test for a valid node
pointer doesn't need to be open coded at all call sites.

vm_stat_account() accounts the shared_vm, stack_vm and reserved_vm now.
But we can also account for total_vm in the vm_stat_account() which makes
the code tidy.
Even for mprotect_fixup(), we can get the right result in the end.

With the new interrupt sampling system, we are no longer using the
timer_rand_state structure in the irq descriptor, so we can stop
initializing it now.

LLC-* and node-* events require using the OFFCORE_RESPONSE events
on SandyBridge, but the hw_cache_extra_regs is left uninitialized.

The uncore subsystem in Nehalem-EX consists of 7 components
(U-Box, C-Box, B-Box, S-Box, R-Box, M-Box and W-Box). This

Commit b38c77d82e4 moved the MTMSR_EERI macro from the KVM code to generic
ppc_asm.h code. However, while adding it in the headers for the ppc32 case,
it missed out to remove the former definition in the KVM code.
This patch fixes compilation on server type PPC32 targets with CONFIG_KVM
enabled.

In order for indirect mode on the PIXIS to work properly, both chip selects
need to be set to GPCM mode, otherwise writes to the chip select base
addresses will not actually post to the local bus -- they'll go to the
NAND controller instead. Therefore, we need to set BR0 and BR1 to GPCM
mode before switching to indirect mode.

The Freescale P1022 has a unique pin muxing "feature" where the DIU video
controller's video signals are muxed with 24 of the local bus address signals.
When the DIU is enabled, the bulk of the local bus is disabled, preventing
access to memory-mapped devices like NAND flash and the pixis FPGA.
Therefore, if the DIU is going to be enabled, then memory-mapped devices on
the localbus, like NAND flash, need to be disabled.
This patch is similar to "powerpc/85xx: p1022ds: disable the NOR flash node
if video is enabled", except that it disables the NAND flash node instead.
This PIXIS node needs to remain enabled because it is used by platform code
to switch into indirect mode.

The sram_offset parameter represents a physical address and should be of
type phys_addr_t. As part of this fix, the extraction of sram_params is
being cleaned-up and fixed.
This patch fixes now the case when the offset value of 0xfff00000 was being
rejected by the driver (returning -EINVAL), although this is a valid offset
value.

Default CoreNet Coherency Bus (CCB) frequency on P3041 is 750MHz, but espi
cannot work at 40MHz with this CCB frequency, so we need to slow down the
clock rate of espi to 35MHz to make it work stable at the CCB frequency.

Make sure the kernel does not incorrectly create a SIGBUS signal during
user space accesses:
For user space accesses in the switched addressing mode case the kernel
may walk page tables and access user address space via the kernel
mapping. If a page table entry is invalid the function __handle_fault()
gets called in order to emulate a page fault and trigger all the usual
actions like paging in a missing page etc. by calling handle_mm_fault().
If handle_mm_fault() returns with an error fixup handling is necessary.
For the switched addressing mode case all errors need to be mapped to
-EFAULT, so that the calling uaccess function can return -EFAULT to
user space.
Unfortunately the __handle_fault() incorrectly calls do_sigbus() if
VM_FAULT_SIGBUS is set. This however should only happen if a page fault
was triggered by a user space instruction. For kernel mode uaccesses
the correct action is to only return -EFAULT.
So user space may incorrectly see SIGBUS signals because of this bug.
For current machines this would only be possible for the switched
addressing mode case in conjunction with futex operations.

The downgrade of the 4 level page table created by init_new_context is
currently done only in start_thread31. If a 31 bit process forks the
new mm uses a 4 level page table, including the task size of 2<<42
that goes along with it. This is incorrect as now a 31 bit process
can map memory beyond 2GB. Define arch_dup_mmap to do the downgrade
after fork.

Currently the vmcmd shutdown action is parsed by the kernel and
if multiple cp commands have been specified, they are issued
separately with the cpcmd() function.
The underlying diagnose 8 instruction already allows to specify
multiple commands that are separated by 0x15. The ASCEBC() function
used by cpcmd() translates '\n' to 0x15. The '\n' character is
currently used as vmcmd command separator and therefore the vmcmd
string can be passed directly to the cpcmd() function.
Using the diagnose 8 command separation has the advantage that also
after disruptive commands that stop Linux, for example "def store",
additional commands can be executed.

If the SHMLBA definition for a native task differs from the definition for
a compat task, the do_shmat() function would need to handle both.
This patch introduces COMPAT_SHMLBA, which is used by the compat shmat
syscall when calling the ipc code and allows architectures such as AArch64
(where the native SHMLBA is 64k but the compat (AArch32) definition is
16k) to provide the correct semantics for compat IPC system calls.

firmware_map_add_hotplug()
There are two ways to create /sys/firmware/memmap/X sysfs:
- firmware_map_add_early
When the system starts, it is calledd from e820_reserve_resources()
- firmware_map_add_hotplug
When the memory is hot plugged, it is called from add_memory()
But these functions are called without unifying value of end argument as
below:
- end argument of firmware_map_add_early() : start + size - 1
- end argument of firmware_map_add_hogplug() : start + size
The patch unifies them to "start + size". Even if applying the patch,
/sys/firmware/memmap/X/end file content does not change.
