The upcoming XO-1 rfkill driver (for drivers/platform/x86) will register
itself with the name "xo1-rfkill", and the already-merged XO-1 poweroff
code uses name "olpc-xo1"
Add the necessary mechanics so that these devices are properly
initialized on XO-1 laptops.

Avoids a potential infinite loop.

The XO-1.5 laptop is not currently detected as an OLPC machine because
it fails this XO-1-centric check.
Now that we have OLPC OFW support in the kernel, a more sensible
check is to see if we found OFW during boot and check the architecture
property.
Also remove a now-meaningless codepath, as we're always going to have
OFW support with OLPC.

This configuration type override is for XO-1 only and must not happen
on XO-1.5.

The arguments passed to OFW shouldn't be modified; update the 'args'
argument of olpc_ofw to reflect this. This saves us some later
casting away of consts.

Unconditionally printing EC debug messages was helpful when we were actually
debugging the EC, but during normal operation it can get pretty annoying.
Using pr_debug allows us finer-grained control.

Add support for saving OFW's cif, and later calling into it to run OFW
commands. OFW remains resident in memory, living within virtual range
0xff800000 - 0xffc00000. A single page directory entry points to the
pgdir that OFW actually uses, so rather than saving the entire page
table, we grab and install that one entry permanently in the kernel's
page table.
This is currently only used by the OLPC XO. Note that this particular
calling convention breaks PAE and PAT, and so cannot be used on newer
x86 hardware.

Replace the #ifdef'ed OLPC-specific init functions by a conditional
x86_init function. If the function returns 0 we leave pci_arch_init,
otherwise we continue.

Impact: fix "garbled display, laptop is unusable" bug
Commit e51a1ac2dfca9ad869471e88f828281db7e810c0 ("x86, olpc: fix endian
bug in openfirmware workaround") breaks model comparison on OLPC; the value
0xc2 needs to be scaled up by olpc_board().
The pre-patch version was wrong, but accidentally worked anyway
(big-endian 0xc2 is big enough to satisfy all other board revisions,
but little endian 0xc2 is not).

Boardrev is always treated as a u32 everywhere else, no reason to
byteswap the 0xc2 value. The only use is to print out if it is
a prerelease board, the test being:
(olpc_platform_info.boardrev & 0xf) < 8
Which is currently always true as be32_to_cpu(0xc2) & 0xf = 0
but I doubt that was the intention here. The consequences of the bug
are pretty minor though (incorrect boardrev displayed in dmesg when
ofw support not configured)
Also annotate the temporary used to read the boardrev in the ofw
case.
The confusion was noticed by Sparse:

This adds support for OLPC XO hardware. Open Firmware on XOs don't contain
the VSA, so it is necessary to emulate the PCI BARs in the kernel. This also
adds functionality for running EC commands, and a CONFIG_OLPC.
A number of OLPC drivers depend upon CONFIG_OLPC.
olpc_ec_timeout is a hack to work around Embedded Controller bugs.
