* of/irq: Use irq_of_parse_and_map()Thierry Reding2013-10-24
| | | | | | | | | | Replace some instances of of_irq_map_one()/irq_create_of_mapping() and of_irq_to_resource() by the simpler equivalent irq_of_parse_and_map(). * POWERPC: drivers: remove __dev* attributes.Greg Kroah-Hartman2013-01-03
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev* markings need to be removed. This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata, __devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers. Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand. * powerpc/mpic_msgr: Add missing includesScott Wood2012-08-24
| | | | | | | | | | Add several #includes that mpic_msgr relies on being pulled implicitly, which only happens on certain configs. * powerpc/mpic_msgr: add lock for MPIC message global variableMingkai Hu2012-04-19
| | | | | | | | | Also fix issue of accessing invalid msgr pointer issue. The local msgr pointer in fucntion mpic_msgr_get will be accessed before getting a valid address which will cause kernel crash. * powerpc: add support for MPIC message register APIJia Hongtao2012-03-16
Some MPIC implementations contain one or more blocks of message registers that are used to send messages between cores via IPIs. A simple API has been added to access (get/put, read, write, etc ...) these message registers. The available message registers are initially discovered via nodes in the device tree. A separate commit contains a binding for the message register nodes.
