This converts the final 20 DEFINE_SPINLOCK holdouts. (another 580 places
are already using DEFINE_SPINLOCK). Build tested on x86.

These are SN2 only drivers. They should have platform checks to prevent
them from doing evil stuff in GENERIC kernels.
