* arch/cris: add a missing iounmapJulia Lawall2008-02-05
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | An extra error handling label is needed for the case where the ioremap has succeeded. The problem was detected using the following semantic match (http://www.emn.fr/x-info/coccinelle/) // <smpl> @@ type T,T1,T2; identifier E; statement S; expression x1,x2; constant C; int ret; @@ T E; ... * E = ioremap(...); if (E == NULL) S ... when != iounmap(E) when != if (E != NULL) { ... iounmap(E); ...} when != x1 = (T1)E if (...) { ... when != iounmap(E) when != if (E != NULL) { ... iounmap(E); ...} when != x2 = (T2)E ( * return; | * return C; | * return ret; ) } // </smpl> Signed-off-by: Julia Lawall <julia@diku.dk> Cc: Mikael Starvik <starvik@axis.com> Signed-off-by: Andrew Morton <akpm@linux-foundation.org> Signed-off-by: Linus Torvalds <torvalds@linux-foundation.org>
* some kmalloc/memset ->kzalloc (tree wide)Yoann Padioleau2007-07-19
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Transform some calls to kmalloc/memset to a single kzalloc (or kcalloc). * dma_declare_coherent_memory wrong allocationGuennadi Liakhovetski2007-05-08
| | | | | | | | | | | | | dma_declare_coherent_memory() allocates a bitmap 1 bit per page, it calculates the bitmap size based on size of long, but allocates bytes... * [PATCH] gfp flags annotations - part 1Al Viro2005-10-08
| | | | | | | | | | | | - added typedef unsigned int __nocast gfp_t; - replaced __nocast uses for gfp flags with gfp_t - it gives exactly the same warnings as far as sparse is concerned, doesn't change generated code (from gcc point of view we replaced unsigned int with typedef) and documents what's going on far better.
