Commit 875a59374cd10200ac24f03877ccd8f73af590cc ("ARM: SAMSUNG:
Consolidation of SPI platform devices to plat-samsung") deleted all
(four) files that included one of the "spi-clocks.h" headers. It seems
it was just an oversight to not remove those headers too. They can
safely be removed now.

The naming EXYNOS4 is changed to EXYNOS for using shared SPI
config of EXYNOS4 and EXYNOS5. And S3C64XX_DEV_SPIn configs
are added to MACH_SMDK5250 config to use SPI on the EYXNOS5250.

As SPI platform devices are consolidated to plat-samsung, some
corresponding changes are required in the respective machine folder.
Setup files are added for SPI GPIO configurations and platform data
initialization.
