Pull ARM Soc updates, take 2, from Olof Johansson:
"This is the second batch of SoC updates for the 3.8 merge window,
containing parts that had dependencies on earlier branches such that
we couldn't include them with the first branch.
These are general updates for Samsung Exynos, Renesas/shmobile and a
topic branch that adds SMP support to Altera's socfpga platform."
Fix up conflicts mostly as per Olof.

a) The renesas/boards branch of the arm-soc tree
b) The soc branch of the renesas tree,
which I have sent a separate pull requst for
* "sh: clkfwk: add sh_clk_fsidiv_register()" is a driver patch
which is a dependency of
- ARM: shmobile: sh7372: use sh_clk_fsidiv_register() for FSI-DIV clocks
- ARM: shmobile: r8a7740: add FSI-DVI clocks
I have spoken to the driver maintainer, Paul Mundt, and he has indicated
that he thinks it is best to merge all in one go and acked the patch for
inclusion in this pull-request.

Pull ARM SoC device tree conversions and enablement from Olof Johansson:
"Continued device tree conversion and enablement across a number of
platforms; Kirkwood, tegra, i.MX, Exynos, zynq and a couple of other
smaller series as well.
ux500 has seen continued conversion for platforms. Several platforms
have seen pinctrl-via-devicetree conversions for simpler
multiplatform. Tegra is adding data for new devices/drivers, and
Exynos has a bunch of new bindings and devices added as well.
So, pretty much the same progression in the right direction as the
last few releases."

It is the intention to convert the MMC voltage changing from
GPIO flipping to using a proper GPIO regulator interface. A
prerequisite of that is to enable the GPIO regulator
functionality. As this affects all ux5x0 based boards we'll
do it here instead of in the Kconfigs.

It has been a while since dove_defconfig was updated to recent development.
This patch adds all currently available Dove boards, including a DT-enabled
machine.
DT support requires to allow ATAGS passed by boot loader as most of them are
not yet capable of passing DT blobs. Also OF_SERIAL is enabled to actually
see the bootlog.
Finally, sdhci driver for Dove, mv_cesa, GPIO LEDs, and highmem support is
added.

This commit is a simple mechanical update of the orion5x_defconfig

savedefconfig'). Doing this update allows to more easily separate

Pull ARM SoC updates from Olof Johansson:
"This contains the bulk of new SoC development for this merge window.
Two new platforms have been added, the sunxi platforms (Allwinner A1x
SoCs) by Maxime Ripard, and a generic Broadcom platform for a new
series of ARMv7 platforms from them, where the hope is that we can
keep the platform code generic enough to have them all share one mach
directory. The new Broadcom platform is contributed by Christian
Daudt.
Highbank has grown support for Calxeda's next generation of hardware,
ECX-2000.
clps711x has seen a lot of cleanup from Alexander Shiyan, and he's
also taken on maintainership of the platform.
Beyond this there has been a bunch of work from a number of people on
converting more platforms to IRQ domains, pinctrl conversion, cleanup
and general feature enablement across most of the active platforms."
Fix up trivial conflicts as per Olof.

The main direction of this patchset - approaching the platform to the
possibility of using configurations with multiple platforms in a single
kernel. Added support of the majority of the necessary kernel symbol.
Also part of the driver code used only for the platform was moved to the
board code and converted to the use of standard drivers.
