The suspend/resume sequence on Armada XP needs to modify a number of
registers in the SDRAM controller. Therefore, this commit updates the
Armada XP Device Tree description to include the SDRAM controller
Device Tree node.

In order to support suspend/resume on Armada XP, an additional set of
registers need to be described at the MBus controller level. This
commit therefore adjusts the Device Tree of the Armada 370/XP SoC to
include those registers in the MBus controller description;

- OMAP4/5: DSS hwmod cleanup patches from Tomi Valkeinen.
- DRA7xx: hwmod data support for UARTs 7 through 10.
- AM43xx: hwmod data support for the onboard ADC.
Basic build, boot, and PM test reports are here:

"dss_fck" is a hacky clock, used to work around problems with MODULEMODE
bit handling in DSS hwmods.
These problems have now been solved, so we can remove the dss_fck clock.

RFBI iclk was set to point to hacky "dss_fck", which will be removed.
Instead use "l3_div_ck", which is the proper clock for this. "l3_div_ck"
is the parent of "dss_fck", so the clock rate is the same as previously.

Integrator updates for the v3.19 merge cycle on
top of the multiplatform patches, this moves out
some drivers and reduced the amount of code carried
in arch/arm/mach-integrator.
- Move the Integrator/AP timer to drivers/clocksource
- Move the restart functionality to the device tree,
patches to enable restart for the Integrator have
been merged to the reset tree (orthogonal)
- Move debug LEDs to device tree (using the syscon
LED driver merged for v3.18)

Using the augmented reset driver for the Versatile family,
we can move the reset handling for the Integrator out of the
machine. We add a "syscon" attribute to the core module, and
access the syscon registers using this handle. We need to
select SYSCON, POWER, POWER_RESET and POWER_RESET_VERSATILE
in order for the restart functionality to always be
available on all systems (it should not be optional).

git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/arm/arm-soc
Pull ARM SoC cleanups from Arnd Bergmann:
"The remaining cleanups for 3.19 are to a large part result of
devicetree conversion nearing completion on two other platforms
besides AT91:
- Like AT91, Renesas shmobile is in the process to migrate to DT and
multiplatform, but using a different approach of doing it one SoC
at a time. For 3.19, the r8a7791 platform and associated "Koelsch"
board are considered complete and we remove the non-DT
non-multiplatform support for this.
- The ARM Versatile Express has supported DT and multiplatform for a
long time, but we have still kept the legacy board files around,
because not all drivers were fully working before. We have finally
taken the last step to remove the board files.
Other changes in this branch are preparation for the later branches or
just unrelated to the more interesting changes:
- The dts files for arm64 get moved into per-vendor directories for a
clearer structure.
- Some dead code removal (zynq, exynos, davinci, imx)
- Using pr_*() macros more consistently instead of printk(KERN_*) in
some platform code"

Since commit e409dfbfccf9a49 ("ASoC: dapm: Add a few supply widget sanity
checks") the following error is seen:
imx-wm8962 sound: wm8962 <-> 202c000.ssi mapping ok
imx-wm8962 sound: Connecting non-supply widget to supply widget is not supported (AMIC -> MICBIAS)
imx-wm8962 sound: ASoC: no dapm match for AMIC --> (null) --> MICBIAS
imx-wm8962 sound: ASoC: Failed to add route AMIC -> direct -> MICBIAS
Invert the route between the microphone and the bias in order to fix it.
While at it, align the audio routing with imx6sl-evk and imx6sx-sdb, which have
the same wm8962 circuitry.
