Add APB DMA requestor and serial aliases for serial controller.
There will be two serial driver i.e. 8250 based simple serial driver
and APB DMA based serial driver for higher baudrate and performace.
The simple serial driver get enabled with compatible nvidia,tegra20-uart
and APB DMA based driver will get enabled with compatible
nvidia,tegra20-hsuart.

tegra30 gpio controller is not compatible with the tegra20 due to
their bank stride i.e. Tegra20 bank stride is 0x80 where Tegra30
bank stride is 0x100.

ARM: bcm2835: device tree updates
The SoC's SDHCI and MMC controllers are added to device tree, and enabled
in the Raspberry Pi board device tree. Some fixed clocks are added to the
device tree to support these drivers. These could be replaced by real
clocks in the future.
A hard-coded memreserve is removed from device tree; the bootloader should
specify the correct memory node content instead, since the memory layout
is dynamic.
This branch is based on v3.8-rc3.

Both clock nodes in the current device tree are named "clock" and hence
end up being the same node. Rename the nodes to different names to avoid
this. In fact, fixed-clock uses the node name as the clock name, so name
the nodes after the clock they represent. Move the clocks into a
"clocks" sub-node to group them and avoid any possible naming conflicts
with other nodes also named after the device type.

The BCM2835 has 3 identical I2C controllers. Instantiate them all in the
SoC .dtsi file, and enable the relevant two in the Raspberry Pi board
.dts file.
Note that on the Raspberry Pi Model B revision 1, I2C0 is connected to
the general-purpose expansion header, and I2C1 is connected to the camera
connector. Revision 2 of the board swaps these assignments:-(

Add the SDHCI device node to the SoC DT file. Add a dummy fixed-clock
to satisfy the SDHCI driver's clock lookup; eventually this should be
replaced by a real clock implementation. Add board specific properties
to the Raspberry Pi board file.

The Raspberry Pi has either 256MB or 512MB of RAM. However, a portion is
reserved for use by the VideoCore co-processor. The RPi DT contained a
/memreserve/ statement to reserve that RAM. However, the exact amount of
RAM used by the VideoCore is dynamic at boot-time; a firmware config
file specifies the amount. As such, we can't hard-code the size in the
DT. Remove the /memreserve/ statement. The bootloader is expected to
adjust the /memory properties to reflect the RAM size the ARM CPU can
use. Upstream U-Boot certainly does this, although I'm not sure that the
basic firmware does if it boots the kernel directly; users may need to
manually adjust their DT if not using U-Boot.

This moves over the MMC/SD card support to the device tree probe
path. The special GPIO to bias the card detect line is kept,
but the pin property is moved to the device tree as part of
the MMC/SD card node.

This converts the SMSC91x ethernet controller to use device
tree. The existing solution from the board file, to request the
GPIO triggering the ethernet IRQ from the board file is kept
for the time being, but the GPIO number assignment is moved
over to the device tree.

This moves the instances of the Nomadik pin controller and the
Nomadik GPIO blocks (also handled by the GPIO driver) over to
the device tree. A new compatible string is added to the
pin control driver in the process.

This adds the FSMC NAND driver and flash partitions to the Nomadik
device tree.
The only compatible string accepted by this driver is currently
"st,spear600-fsmc-nand" which is inappropriate for this system, so
this patch adds the compatible value "stericsson,fsmc-nand" as
well.

Support basic device tree boot on the Nomadik. Implement the
support in the cpu file with the intent of deleting the board
files later. At this stage IRQ controllers, system timer,
l2x0 cache, UARTs and thus console boot is fully functional.
Patch out the code adding devices by initcalls for now so
as not to disturb the boot.

This patch moves 'interrupt-parent' property to soc node, so that
the child inherits this property. This avoids adding 'interrupt-parent'
property to each node.

For DT, DaVinci platform can use pinctrl-single driver for handling
padconf registers.
Enable PINCTRL Kconfig for MACH_DA8XX_DT platform. Add required
pinctrl DT entries in da850 dts file.
Test procedure
1)Populate DT file with NAND node information.
2)Populate board DT file with pinmux information for NAND.
3)Boot and confirm NAND is detected by the kernel.
4)cat /proc/mtd to show partitions.

ARM: tegra: add Tegra114 SoC support
This pull request adds initial support for the Tegra114 SoC, which
integrates a quad-core ARM Cortex-A15 CPU. I'm proud to observe that we
posted the initial versions of these patches before the final official
announcement of this chip.
These patches are enough to boot with a UART-based console, support the
Dalmore and Pluto reference/evaluation boards, instantiate the GPIO and
pinctrl drivers, and enable a cpuidle state. As yet, no clocks or
storage devices are supported, but patches for those will follow shortly.
This pull request is based on (most of) the previous pull request with

Tegra114 has the GPIO controllers with 8 GPIO bank and each bank
supports 32 pins.

ARM: tegra: USB driver cleanup
The Tegra USB driver has a number of issues:
1) The PHY driver isn't a true platform device, and doesn't implement
the standard USB PHY API.
2) struct device instance numbers were used to make decisions in the
driver, rather than being parameterized by DT or platform data.
This pull request solves issue (2), and lays the groundwork for solving
issue (1). The work on issue (1) involved introducing new DT nodes for
the USB PHYs, which in turn interacted with the Tegra common clock
framework changes, due to the move of clock lookups into device tree.
Hence, these USB driver changes are taken through the Tegra tree with
acks from USB maintainers.
This pull request is based on the previous pull request, with tag
tegra-for-3.9-soc-ccf.
