Specify the default mux and divider clocks in device tree
to ensure the FIMC devices on Trats, Trats2, Universal_c210
and Odroid X2/U3 boards are clocked from recommended clock
source and with maximum supported frequency.
For Trats2 also the MIPI-CSIS and the camera sensor clocks
are configured, the 'clock-frequency' property is deprecated
in favour of 'assigned-clock-rates' property.

This patch adds device tree nodes necessary to enable USB support on
universalc210 board, this includes UDC controller (USB gadget) as well
as EHCI and OHCI host ports. LDO3 and LDO8 regulators are switched to
always on mode until EHCI and OHCI drivers will support them correctly.

Instead of hardcoding the SYSRAM details for each SoC,
pass this information through device tree (DT) and make
the code SoC agnostic. Generic DT SRAM bindings are
used for achieving this.

Revision 0 of Exynos4210 SoC (used on Universal C210 board) requires
'secure' PL330 MDMA1 address (0x12840000) instead of 'non-secure' one
(0x12850000). Fix it by overriding the default PL330 MDMA1 address in
exynos4210-universal_c210.dts.
This is a Device Tree (DT) version of commit 91280e7 ("ARM: EXYNOS:
PL330 MDMA1 fix for revision 0 of Exynos4210 SOC") and fixes recent
regression caused by conversion to DT-only setup on ARM EXYNOS.
