Almost all SoCs use one slot per host controller.
(Even if controller can support the multiple slot, Recommend to use one slot per host controller.)
Don't use the slot-node and deprecate the "supports-highspeed" property.
Instead, use the cap-mmc/sd-highspeed.

The am335x can't detect pending cirq in PM runtime suspend.
This patch reconfigures dat1 as a GPIO before going to suspend.
SDIO interrupts are detected with the GPIO, the GPIO will only wake
the module from suspend, SDIO irq detection will still happen through the
IP block.

There have been various patches floating around for enabling
the SDIO IRQ for hsmmc, but none of them ever got merged.
Probably the reason for not merging the SDIO interrupt patches
has been the lack of wake-up path for SDIO on some omaps that
has also needed remuxing the SDIO DAT1 line to a GPIO making
the patches complex.
This patch adds the minimal SDIO IRQ support to hsmmc for
omaps that do have the wake-up path. For those omaps, the
DAT1 line need to have the wake-up enable bit set, and the
wake-up interrupt is the same as for the MMC controller.
This patch has been tested on am3730 es1.2 with mwifiex
connected to MMC3 with mwifiex waking to Ethernet traffic
from off-idle mode. Note that for omaps that do not have
the SDIO wake-up path, this patch will not work for idle
modes and further patches for remuxing DAT1 to GPIO are
needed.
Based on earlier patches [1][2] by David Vrabel
<david.vrabel@csr.com>, Steve Sakoman <steve@sakoman.com>
For now, only support SDIO interrupt if we are booted with
a separate wake-irq configued via device tree. This is
because omaps need the wake-irq for idle states, and some
omaps need special quirks. And we don't want to add new
legacy mux platform init code callbacks any longer as we
are moving to DT based booting anyways.
To use it, you need to specify the wake-irq using the
interrupts-extended property.

This patch adds a kernel parameter noxsaves to disable xsaves/xrstors feature.
The kernel will fall back to use xsaveopt and xrstor to save and restor
xstates. By using this parameter, xsave area occupies more memory because
standard form of xsave area in xsaveopt/xrstor occupies more memory than
compacted form of xsave area.
This patch adds a description of the kernel parameter noxsaveopt in doc.
The code to support the parameter noxsaveopt has been in the kernel before.
This patch just adds the description of this parameter in the doc.

Pull xfs update from Dave Chinner:
"This update contains:
- conversion of the XFS core to pass negative error numbers
- restructing of core XFS code that is shared with userspace to
fs/xfs/libxfs
- introduction of sysfs interface for XFS
- bulkstat refactoring
- demand driven speculative preallocation removal
- XFS now always requires 64 bit sectors to be configured
- metadata verifier changes to ensure CRCs are calculated during log
recovery
- various minor code cleanups
- miscellaneous bug fixes
The diffstat is kind of noisy because of the restructuring of the code
to make kernel/userspace code sharing simpler, along with the XFS wide
change to use the standard negative error return convention (at last!)"

"There is a lot of refactoring and hardening of the libceph and rbd

important fixes with clone overlap. The main fix is a critical change

mutex changes (which will also go to the 3.16 stable series).
Yan Zheng has several fixes in here for CephFS fixing ACL handling,

Make /sys/bus/rbd/devices/<id>/parent show the entire chain of parent

casting to unsigned long long is no longer necessary and there is no
good reason to split into multiple sprintf() calls.

Pull vfs updates from Al Viro:
"Stuff in here:
- acct.c fixes and general rework of mnt_pin mechanism. That allows
to go for delayed-mntput stuff, which will permit mntput() on deep
stack without worrying about stack overflows - fs shutdown will
happen on shallow stack. IOW, we can do Eric's umount-on-rmdir
series without introducing tons of stack overflows on new mntput()
call chains it introduces.
- Bruce's d_splice_alias() patches
- more Miklos' rename() stuff.
- a couple of regression fixes (stable fodder, in the end of branch)
and a fix for API idiocy in iov_iter.c.
There definitely will be another pile, maybe even two. I'd like to
get Eric's series in this time, but even if we miss it, it'll go right
in the beginning of for-next in the next cycle - the tricky part of
prereqs is in this pile"

In REF-walk mode, ->d_manage can return -EISDIR to indicate
that the dentry is not really a mount trap (or even a mount point)
and that any mounts or any DCACHE_NEED_AUTOMOUNT flag should be
ignored.
RCU-walk mode doesn't currently support this, so if there is a dentry
with DCACHE_NEED_AUTOMOUNT set but which shouldn't be a mount-trap,
lookup_fast() will always drop in REF-walk mode.
With this patch, an -EISDIR from ->d_manage will always cause mounts
and automounts to be ignored, both in REF-walk and RCU-walk.

Some chips implement banked register ranges. This allows implementing
more registers than the limited 8-bit address space originally allows.
In order to access a register on these chips, you must first select
the proper bank. Add support for this mechanism to the i2c-stub driver
so that such chips can be emulated. All the bank settings are passed
as module parameters.

SMBus block commands are different to I2C block commands since
the returned data is not normally accessible with byte or word
commands on other command offsets. Add linked list of 'block'
commands to support those commands.
Access mechanism is quite simple: Block commands must be written
before they can be read. Subsequent writes can be partial. Block
read commands always return the number of bytes associated with
the longest previous write.
