This commit adds support for Message Signaled Interrupts in the
Marvell PCIe host controller. The work is very simple: it simply gets
a reference to the msi_chip associated to the PCIe controller thanks
to the msi-parent DT property, and stores this reference in the
pci_bus structure. This is enough to let the Linux PCI core use the
functions of msi_chip to setup and teardown MSIs.

This commit introduces the support for the MSI interrupts in the
armada-370-xp interrupt controller driver. It registers an MSI chip to
the MSI chip registry, which will be used by the Marvell PCIe host
controller driver.
The MSI interrupts use the 16 high doorbells, and are therefore
notified using IRQ1 of the main interrupt controller.

Pull ARM SoC platform changes from Olof Johansson:
"New and updated SoC support. Among the things new for this release
are:
- More support for the AM33xx platforms from TI
- Tegra 124 support, and some updates to older tegra families as well
- imx cleanups and updates across the board
- A rename of Broadcom's Mobile platforms which were introduced as
ARCH_BCM, and turned out to be too broad a name. New name is
ARCH_BCM_MOBILE.
- A whole bunch of updates and fixes for integrator, making the
platform code more modern and switches over to DT-only booting.
- Support for two new Renesas shmobile chipsets. Next up for them is
more work on consolidation instead of introduction of new
non-multiplatform SoCs, we're all looking forward to that!
- Misc cleanups for older Samsung platforms, some Allwinner updates,

The i.MX6 has two general-purpose LVDS clocks that can be driven
from a variety of sources. This patch adds a mux and a gate for
both of these clocks.

This augments the core machine code for the Integrator platforms
to get their references to the core module device nodes by
using compatible strings instead of predefined node names
and rename the CP syscon node to be simply "syscon".

This moves the core module (CM) control base into the device
tree. It is a simple memory range of 0x200 bytes. Move the
cm header down into the machine directory and unexport the
cm_control() symbol as no modules are using it.

The OF/DT boot path needs to get the LM (Logical Module)
IRQs from the device tree for coherency. This augments the
DT syscon node to contain these IRQs and alter the DT LM
code to get them from there.

This patch expands the VA_BITS to 42 when the 64K page configuration is
enabled allowing 2TB kernel linear mapping. Linux still uses 2 levels of
page tables in this configuration with pgd now being a full page.

There are a few points in the arm64 booting document which are unclear
(such as the initial state of secondary CPUs), and/or have not been
documented (PSCI is a supported mechanism for booting secondary CPUs).
This patch amends the arm64 boot document to better express the
(existing) requirements, and to describe PSCI as a supported booting
mechanism.

Pull fs-cache fixes from David Howells:
Can you pull these commits to fix an issue with NFS whereby caching can be
enabled on a file that is open for writing by subsequently opening it for
reading. This can be made to crash by opening it for writing again if you're
quick enough.
The gist of the patchset is that the cookie should be acquired at inode
creation only and subsequently enabled and disabled as appropriate (which
dispenses with the backing objects when they're not needed).
The extra synchronisation that NFS does can then be dispensed with as it is
thenceforth managed by FS-Cache.
Could you send these on to Linus?
This likely will need fixing also in CIFS and 9P also once the FS-Cache
changes are upstream. AFS and Ceph are probably safe.

Provide the ability to enable and disable fscache cookies. A disabled cookie
will reject or ignore further requests to:
Acquire a child cookie
Invalidate and update backing objects
Check the consistency of a backing object
Allocate storage for backing page
Read backing pages
Write to backing pages
but still allows:
Checks/waits on the completion of already in-progress objects
Uncaching of pages
Relinquishment of cookies
Two new operations are provided:
(1) Disable a cookie:
void fscache_disable_cookie(struct fscache_cookie *cookie,
bool invalidate);
If the cookie is not already disabled, this locks the cookie against other
dis/enablement ops, marks the cookie as being disabled, discards or
invalidates any backing objects and waits for cessation of activity on any
associated object.
This is a wrapper around a chunk split out of fscache_relinquish_cookie(),
but it reinitialises the cookie such that it can be reenabled.
All possible failures are handled internally. The caller should consider
calling fscache_uncache_all_inode_pages() afterwards to make sure all page
markings are cleared up.
(2) Enable a cookie:
void fscache_enable_cookie(struct fscache_cookie *cookie,
bool (*can_enable)(void *data),
void *data)
If the cookie is not already enabled, this locks the cookie against other
dis/enablement ops, invokes can_enable() and, if the cookie is not an
index cookie, will begin the procedure of acquiring backing objects.
The optional can_enable() function is passed the data argument and returns
a ruling as to whether or not enablement should actually be permitted to
begin.
All possible failures are handled internally. The cookie will only be
marked as enabled if provisional backing objects are allocated.
A later patch will introduce these to NFS. Cookie enablement during nfs_open()
is then contingent on i_writecount <= 0. can_enable() checks for a race
between open(O_RDONLY) and open(O_WRONLY/O_RDWR). This simplifies NFS's cookie
handling and allows us to get rid of open(O_RDONLY) accidentally introducing
caching to an inode that's open for writing already.
One operation has its API modified:

This now has an additional argument that indicates whether the requested

"Here's the big drivers/staging/ update for 3.13-rc1.
Nothing major here, just a _ton_ of fixes and cleanups, mostly driven
by the new round of OPW applicants, but also there are lots of other
people doing staging tree cleanups these days in order to help get the
drivers into mergable shape.
We also merge, and then revert, the ktap code, as Ingo and the other
perf/ftrace developers feel it should go into the "real" part of the
kernel with only a bit more work, so no need to put it in staging for
now.

AT91 ADC hardware integrate touch screen support. So this patch add touch
screen support for at91 adc iio driver.
To enable touch screen support in adc, you need to add the dt parameters:
1. which type of touch are used? (4 or 5 wires), sample period time.
2. correct pressure detect threshold value.
In the meantime, since touch screen will use a interal period trigger of adc,
so it is conflict to other hardware triggers. Driver will disable the hardware
trigger support if touch screen is enabled.
This driver has been tested in AT91SAM9X5-EK and SAMA5D3x-EK.

similar) events. This patch adds a new hysteresis event info type which allows
for easy creation and read/write handling of the sysfs attribute.

The documentation says that the result of raw * scale should be in microvolts,
but in reallity all drivers actually report the scale so that the result is in
millivolts. So update the documentation to match reallity.

A number of new drivers and some new functionality + a lot of cleanups
all over IIO.
New Core Elements
1) New INT_TIME info_mask element for integration time, which may have
different effects on measurement noise and similar, than an amplifier
and hence is different from existing SCALE. Already existed in some
drivers as a custom attribute.
2) Introduce a iio_push_buffers_with_timestamp helper to cover the common
case of filling the last 64 bits of data to be passed to the buffer with
a timestamp. Applied to lots of drivers. Cuts down on repeated code and
moves a slightly fiddly bit of logic into a single location.
3) Introduce info_mask_[shared_by_dir/shared_by_all] elements to allow support
of elements such as sampling_frequency which is typically shared by all
input channels on a device. This reduces code and makes these controls
available from in kernel consumers of IIO devices.
New drivers
1) MCP3422/3/4 ADC

New driver functionality
1) ti_am335x_adc Add buffered sampling support.
This device has a hardware fifo that is fed directly into an IIO kfifo
buffer based on a watershed interrupt. Note this will act as an example
of how to handle this increasingly common type of device.
The only previous example - sca3000 - take a less than optimal approach
which is largely why it is still in staging.
A couple of little cleanups for that new functionality followed later.
Core cleanups:
1) MAINTAINERS - Sachin actually brought my email address up to date because
I said I'd do it and never got around to it :)
2) Assign buffer list elements as single element lists to simplify the
iio_buffer_is_active logic.

Integration time is in seconds; it controls the measurement
time and influences the gain of a sensor.
There are two typical ways that scaling is implemented in a device:
1) input amplifier,
2) reference to the ADC is changed.
These both result in the accuracy of the ADC varying (by applying its
sampling over a more relevant range).
Integration time is a way of dealing with noise inherent in the analog
sensor itself. In the case of a light sensor, a mixture of photon noise
and device specific noise. Photon noise is dealt with by either improving
the efficiency of the sensor, (more photons actually captured) which is not
easily varied dynamically, or by integrating the measurement over a longer
time period. Note that this can also be thought of as an averaging of a
number of individual samples and is infact sometimes implemented this way.
Altering integration time implies that the duration of a measurement changes,
a fact the device's user may be interested in.
Hence it makes sense to distinguish between integration time and simple
scale. In some devices both types of control are present and whilst they
will have similar effects on the amplitude of the reading, their effect
on the noise of the measurements will differ considerably.

* tsl2563 (integration time is controlled via CALIBSCALE among other things)
* tsl2583 (has integration_time device_attr, but driver doesn't use channels yet)

This deletes the .set_wake() callback in the struct uart_ops.
Apparently this has been unused since pre-git times. In the
old-2.6-bkcvs it is deleted as part of a changeset removing
the PM_SET_WAKEUP from pm_request_t which is since also deleted
from the kernel.
The apropriate way to set wakeups in the kernel is to have a
code snippet like this in .suspend() or .runtime_suspend()
callbacks:

This specific callback is not coming back.

It makes more sense to enter a bitmask in hexadecimal rather than
decimal. Sadly we can't make it read back as hexadecimal.
