The nbpfaxi dmaengine driver doesn't define any new bindings, it only
uses standard dmaengine bindings and defines 3 flags for the 3rd parameter
of the "dmas" property.

The DMA40 device tree documentation was vague on the second cell passed
in the configuration node for consumers, and did not specify what the
available signals were connected to. Extend the documentation with this
information for the DB8500 ASIC.

namespace prefix to specific properties. So expect "energymicro,location"

With a flash-based BBT there is no reason to move the Factory Bad
Block Marker from the data area buffer (to where it is mapped by the
GPMI NAND controller) to the OOB buffer. Thus, make this feature
configurable via DT. This is required for the Ka-Ro electronics
platforms.
In the original code 'this->swap_block_mark' was synonymous with
'!GPMI_IS_MX23()', so use the latter at the relevant places.

The code has a variable to change the polarity of the PWM backlight control but
it was not being initialized. This patch adds a devicetree entry to set the
variable if required.

Pull GPIO update from Linus Walleij:
"This is the bulk of GPIO changes for the v3.17 development cycle, and
this time we got a lot of action going on and it will continue:
- The core GPIO library implementation has been split up in three
different files:
- gpiolib.c for the latest and greatest and shiny GPIO library code
using GPIO descriptors only
- gpiolib-legacy.c for the old integer number space API that we are
phasing out gradually
- gpiolib-sysfs.c for the sysfs interface that we are not entirely
happy with, but has to live on for ABI compatibility
- Add a flags argument to *gpiod_get* functions, with some
backward-compatibility macros to ease transitions. We should have
had the flags there from the beginning it seems, now we need to
clean up the mess. There is a plan on how to move forward here
devised by Alexandre Courbot and Mark Brown
- Split off a special <linux/gpio/machine.h> header for the board
gpio table registration, as per example from the regulator
subsystem
- Start to kill off the return value from gpiochip_remove() by
removing the __must_check attribute and removing all checks inside
the drivers/gpio directory. The rationale is: well what were we
supposed to do if there is an error code? Not much: print an error
message. And gpiolib already does that. So make this function
return void eventually
- Some cleanups of hairy gpiolib code, make some functions not to be
used outside the library private and make sure they are not
exported, remove gpiod_lock/unlock_as_irq() as the existing
function is for driver-internal use and fine as it is, delete
gpio_ensure_requested() as it is not meaningful anymore
- Support the GPIOF_ACTIVE_LOW flag from gpio_request_one() function
calls, which is logical since this is already supported when
referencing GPIOs from e.g. device trees
- Switch STMPE, intel-mid, lynxpoint and ACPI (!) to use the gpiolib

It's possible that the controller has an individually switchable power supply.
Therefore add support to control a supplying regulator.
As this is not always the case, the regulator is requested as optional.

This patch adds a driver for Microchips CAP1106, an I2C driven, 6-channel
capacitive touch sensor.
For now, only the capacitive buttons are supported, and no specific
settings that can be tweaked for individual channels, except for the
device-wide sensitivity gain. The defaults seem to work just fine out of
the box, so I'll leave configurable parameters for someone who's in need
of them and who can actually measure the impact. All registers are
prepared, however. Many of them are just not used for now.
The implementation does not make any attempt to be compatible to platform
data driven boards, but fully depends on CONFIG_OF.
Power management functions are also left for volounteers with the ability
to actually test them.

Merge "ARM: tegra: rework PCIe regulators" from Thierry Reding:
This branch reworks the set of regulators that the Tegra PCIe driver
uses, so that the driver and DT bindings more correctly model what's
really going on in HW. For backwards-compatibility the driver will
fallback to using the old set of regulators if the new ones can't be
found.
I've made this a separate branch in case it needs to be pulled into the
PCIe tree to resolve any conflicts.

These power supply properties are no longer needed since the binding now
contains the full set properties to accurately describe the power supply
inputs of the Tegra PCIe block.

The current usage of regulators for the Tegra PCIe block is wrong. It
doesn't accurately reflect the actual supply inputs of the IP block and
therefore isn't as flexible as it should be. Rectify this by describing
all possible supply inputs in the device tree binding documentation and
deprecate the old supply properties.

ARM based ST Microelectronics's SPEAr1310/40 platforms uses ST's phy (known as
'miphy') for PCIe and SATA. This patch adds drivers for these miphys.

ARM based ST Microelectronics's SPEAr1310 and SPEAr1340 SOCs have onchip
designware PCIe controller. To make that usable, this patch adds a wrapper
driver based on existing designware driver.

Pull ARM SoC device-tree changes from Olof Johansson:
"Unlike the board branch, this keeps having large sets of changes for
every release, but that's quite expected and is so far working well.
Most of this is plumbing for various device bindings and new
platforms, but there's also a bit of cleanup and code removal for
things that are moved from platform code to DT contents (some OMAP
clock code in particular).
There's also a pinctrl driver for tegra here (appropriately acked),
that's introduced this way to make it more bisectable.
I'm happy to say that there were no conflicts at all with this branch
this release, which means that changes are flowing through our tree as
expected instead of merged through driver maintainers (or at least not
done with conflicts).
There are several new boards added, and a couple of SoCs. In no
particular order:
- Rockchip RK3288 SoC support, including DTS for a dev board that
they have seeded with some community developers.
- Better support for Hardkernel Exynos4-based ODROID boards.
- CCF conversions (and dtsi contents) for several Renesas platforms.
- Gumstix Pepper (TI AM335x) board support
- TI eval board support for AM437x
- Allwinner A23 SoC, very similar to existing ones which mostly has
resulted in DT changes for support. Also includes support for an
Ippo tablet with the chipset.
- Allwinner A31 Hummingbird board support, not to be confused with
the SolidRun i.MX-based Hummingboard.
- Tegra30 Apalis board support"

Merge "Samsung DT 2nd updates for v3.17" from Kukjin Kim:
This is based on tags/exynos-power because this DT changes
are depending PMU cleanup.
Fixes boot for exynos5260 and exynos5410,
- Since exynos cannot boot without obtaining PMU address via
DT from now on, add PMU node for exynos5260 and exynos5410
For preparing exynos5250-spring,
- move max77686 and cypress,cyapa trackpad from exynos5250-
cros-common to exynos5250-snow DT file
(Note exynos5250-spring is not included in this branch yet)
For exynos3250,
- add TMU node and remove duplicated interrupt-parent
- add missing pinctrl property for uart0 and uart1
For exynos5250-smdk5250 board
- add max77686 pmic interrupt property which is connected to
gpx3
