Besides the pull registers sitting in a separate place, the rk3188 also
has the peculiarity that the pull registers of the first bank are split
and the first half is sitting in the register space of the pmu.
Therefore this adds a special bank-type for the first bank, to handle
the two register sources.

While commit e164153 (pinctrl: imx: move hard-coding data into device
tree) moves to use DTC macro for imx pinctrl device tree setting, it
changes the semantics of fsl, pins without updating the bindings doc
properly. Let's update the fsl, pins description to stop confusing
people.
While at it, the example in the document is updated, and the stale TODO
gets removed.

Pull sound updates from Takashi Iwai:
"There are no too intrusive changes in this update batch. The biggest
LOC is found in the new DICE driver, and other small changes are
scattered over the whole sound subtree (which is a common pattern).
Below are highlights:
- ALSA core:
* Memory allocation support with genpool
* Fix blocking in drain ioctl of compress_offload
- HD-audio:
* Improved AMD HDMI supports
* Intel HDMI detection improvements
* thinkpad_acpi mute-key integration
* New PCI ID, New ALC255,285,293 codecs, CX20952
- USB-audio:
* New buffer size management
* Clean up endpoint handling codes
- ASoC:
* Further work on the dmaengine helpers, including support for
configuring the parameters for DMA by reading the capabilities of
the DMA controller which removes some guesswork and magic numbers
from drivers.
* A refresh of the documentation.
* Conversions of many drivers to direct regmap API usage in order
to allow the ASoC level register I/O code to be removed, this
will hopefully be completed by v3.14.
* Support for using async register I/O in DAPM, reducing the time
taken to implement power transitions on systems that support it.
- Firewire: DICE driver
- Lots of small fixes for bugs reported by Coverity"

Device tree support for Davinci Machine driver
When the board boots with device tree, the driver will receive card,
codec, dai interface details (like the card name, DAPM routing map,
phandle for the audio components described in the dts file, codec mclk
speed). The card will be set up based on this information. Since the
routing is provided via DT we can mark the card fully routed so core
can take care of disconnecting the unused pins.

Makes interrupts property optional as the interrupts are not currently

interrupts. Currently know interrupt names are "tx" and "rx".
- Improve tdm-slots propery description
- Improve op-mode property description
- Add pinctrl-names and pinctrl-0 properties
- Remove #address-cells and #size-cells as they are not needed.
- Bracket named interrupts property tuples for uniformity.

Pull regulator updates from Mark Brown:
"Lots of driver updates here plus some nice new core features, the main
one being the first:
- Enable support for providing a dummy regulator when we know that
one must exist for the device to be functional. This makes it much
easier to add regulator support to drivers since we don't require
that the machine integration for all systems using the device be
updated to provide regulators.
- Substantial reduction in the amount of busy waiting done while
waiting for enables to complete.
- Allow MFDs to distribute regulator supplies to child devices so we
don't have to expose the internal structure of MFDs outside of the
driver.
- Managed registeration for regulators"

The turn-on time of the regulator depends on the regulator device's
electrical characteristics. Sometimes regulator turn-on time also
depends on the capacitive load on the given platform and it can be
more than the datasheet value.
The driver provides the enable-time as per datasheet.
Add support for configure the enable ramp time through regulator
constraints so that regulator core can take this value for enable
time for that regulator.

Pull ARM SoC DT updates from Olof Johansson:
"Most of this branch consists of updates, additions and general churn
of the device tree source files in the kernel (arch/arm/boot/dts).
Besides that, there are a few things to point out:
- Lots of platform conversion on OMAP2+, with removal of old board
files for various platforms.
- Final conversion of a bunch of ux500 (ST-Ericsson) platforms as
well
- Some updates to pinctrl and other subsystems. Most of these are
for DT-enablement of the various platforms and acks have been
collected"

On OMAP we have co-processor IPs, memory controllers,
GPIOs which control regulators and power switches to
PMIC, and SoC internal Bus IPs, some or most of which
should either not be reset or idled or both at init.
(In some cases there are erratas which prevent an IP
from being reset)
Have a way to pass this information from DT.
Update the am33xx/omap4 and omap5 dtsi files with the
new bindings for modules which either should not be
idled. reset or both. A later patch would cleanup the
same information that exists today as part of the hwmod
data files.

Remove the list of possible pin configurations from the documentation
file and create header files containing those definitions.
This eliminates the need for error-prone manual lookup of those values
in the documentation and guarantees consistency between the human
readable representation of the pad function in the .dts file and the
actual binary value used in DT.
