From Barry Song, this adds support for a new SoC from CSR; marco. It's
SMP, uses GIC instead of VIC and in general needs a bit of rework of

prima2 and marco has different memory base, the old code will
fail if we enable DEBUG_LL in marco.
this patch adds two debuf port, while debugging, we select one
of PRIMA2 and MARCO debug ports, in the products, we disable
DEBUG_LL.

this patch adds tick timer, smp entries and generic DT machine
for SiRFmarco dual-core SMP chips.
with the added marco, we change the defconfig, using the same
defconfig, we get a zImage which can work on both prima2 and
marco.

in Marco, we will use GIC. this patch prepares the handle_irq for prima2
to avoid the compiling errors since we want only one defconfig and zImage
for both prima2 and marco that means we will need handle_irq for both.

Marco timer has different timer IP with prima2, so rename the current timer
to timer-prima2 so that we can add timer-marco.
at the same time, if we don't find prima2 timer node in dt, don't panic the
system as we will make prima2 and marco use same kernel image.

Initial irqchip init infrastructure and GIC and VIC clean-ups
This creates irqchip initialization infrastructure from Thomas
Petazzoni. The VIC and GIC irqchip code is moved to drivers/irqchips
and adapted to use the new infrastructure. All DT enabled platforms
using GIC and VIC are converted over to use the new irqchip_init.

Move all register defines except VIC_INT_ENABLE and VIC_INT_ENABLE_CLEAR
which are used by Samsung.
With multi irq handler, vic.h is not included in assembly any more, so

In preparation of moving gic code to drivers/irqchip, remove the direct
platform dependencies on gic_raise_softirq. Move the setup of
smp_cross_call into the gic code and use arch_send_wakeup_ipi_mask
function to trigger wake-up IPIs.

The commit 7d28e3eaa1a8e951251b942e7220f97114bd73b9
("ARM: ux500: wake secondary cpu via resched") makes use
of schedule IPI to wake up the secondary core which seems

In order to allow irqchip drivers to register their IRQ handling
function as the parent IRQ controller handler function, we provide a
convenience function. This will avoid poking directly into the global
handle_arch_irq variable.

With the recent creation of the drivers/irqchip/ directory, it is
desirable to move irq controller drivers here. At the moment, the only
driver here is irq-bcm2835, the driver for the irq controller found in
the ARM BCM2835 SoC, present in Rasberry Pi systems. This irq
controller driver was exporting its initialization function and its
irq handling function through a header file in
<linux/irqchip/bcm2835.h>.
When proposing to also move another irq controller driver in
drivers/irqchip, Rob Herring raised the very valid point that moving
things to drivers/irqchip was good in order to remove more stuff from
arch/arm, but if it means adding gazillions of headers files in
include/linux/irqchip/, it would not be very nice.
So, upon the suggestion of Rob Herring and Arnd Bergmann, this commit
introduces a small infrastructure that defines a central
irqchip_init() function in drivers/irqchip/irqchip.c, which is meant
to be called as the ->init_irq() callback of ARM platforms. This
function calls of_irq_init() with an array of match strings and init
functions generated from a special linker section.
Note that the irq controller driver initialization function is
responsible for setting the global handle_arch_irq() variable, so that
ARM platforms no longer have to define the ->handle_irq field in their
DT_MACHINE structure.
A global header, <linux/irqchip.h> is also added to expose the single
irqchip_init() function to the reset of the kernel.
A further commit moves the BCM2835 irq controller driver to this new
small infrastructure, therefore removing the include/linux/irqchip/
directory.

Now that the drivers/irqchip/ directory is getting more code, it needs
a maintainer. The obvious maintainer for it is Thomas Gleixner, who is
maintaining the overall IRQ subsystem. So we add drivers/irqchip/ in
the list of directories that are part of the IRQ subsystem.

The clockevent core is able to figure out the best mult and shift,
calculate min_delta_ns and max_delta_ns, with the necessary info passed
into clockevents_config_and_register(). Use this combined configure
and register function where possible to make the codes less error prone
and gain some positive diff stat.

but didn't update mach-sunxi/sunxi.c for this change, even though the

ARM/...: timer and clock events cleanup, and remove struct sys_timer
This branch contains a number of cleanups and unifications to various
timer- clock-events- and ARM timer code. The main points are:
1) Convert arch_gettimeoffset to a pointer, so that architectures with
multiple timer implementations can simply set this standard pointer
rather than maintaining their own arch-specific pointers for the
same purpose. Various architectures are converted to using this new
feature.
2) Conversion of ARM timer implementations to use clock_event_devices's
suspend/resume operations, rather than the ARM-specific sys_timer
versions. Thus, the ARM code begins to use more common infra-structure
rather than arch-specific code.
3) Removal of ARM's struct sys_timer completely, now that everything uses
common code.
4) Introduction of drivers/clocksource/clksrc-of.c, which allows ARM clock
source implementations to be moved into drivers/clocksource, with the
need to add SoC-specific header files for each timer initialization
function; instead, all enabled implementations are registered into a
table which a single core function iterates over, and calls the
relevant initialization functions based on device tree. At least the
Tegra and BCM2835 clocksource implementations will use this feature in
the 3.9 kernel cycle.

It is desirable to move all clocksource drivers to drivers/clocksource,
yet each requires its own initialization function. We'd rather not
pollute <linux/> with a header for each function. Instead, create a
single of_clksrc_init() function which will determine which clocksource
driver to initialize based on device tree.

Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.
This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:

These fields duplicate e.g. struct clock_event_device's suspend and
resume fields, so remove them now that nothing is using them. The aim
is to remove all fields from struct sys_timer except .init, then replace
the ARM machine descriptor's .timer field with a .init_time function
instead, and delete struct sys_timer.
