Similar situation to that of __alloc_fd(); do not use unless you
really have to. You should not touch any descriptor table other
than your own; it's a sure sign of a really bad API design.
As with __alloc_fd(), you *must* use a first-class reference to
struct files_struct; something obtained by get_files_struct(some task)
(let alone direct task->files) will not do. It must be either
current->files, or obtained by get_files_struct(current) by the
owner of that sucker and given to you.

At that point nobody can see us anyway; everything that
looks at files_fdtable(files) is separated from the
guts of put_files_struct(files) - either since files is
current->files or because we fetched it under task_lock()
and hadn't dropped that yet, or because we'd bumped
files->count while holding task_lock()...

Essentially, alloc_fd() in a files_struct we own a reference to.
Most of the time wanting to use it is a sign of lousy API
design (such as android/binder). It's *not* a general-purpose
interface; better that than open-coding its guts, but again,
playing with other process' descriptor table is a sign of bad
design.

The only difference between autofs_dev_ioctl_fd_install() and
fd_install() is __set_close_on_exec() done by the latter. Just
use get_unused_fd_flags(O_CLOEXEC) to allocate the descriptor
and be done with that...

Both modular callers of sock_map_fd() had been buggy; sctp one leaks
descriptor and file if copy_to_user() fails, 9p one shouldn't be
exposing file in the descriptor table at all.
Switch both to sock_alloc_file(), export it, unexport sock_map_fd() and
make it static.

The dma_alloc_from_contiguous() function returns either a valid pointer
to a page structure or NULL, the error code set when pageno >= cma->count
is not used at all and can be safely removed.
This commit also changes the function to avoid goto and have only one exit
path and one place where mutex is unlocked.

With ixp2xxx removed, there are no platforms that define arch_is_coherent,
so the last occurrences of arch_is_coherent can be removed. Any new
platform with coherent i/o should use coherent dma mapping functions.

arch_is_coherent is problematic as it is a global symbol. This
doesn't work for multi-platform kernels or platforms which can support
per device coherent DMA.
This adds arm_coherent_dma_ops to be used for devices which connected
coherently (i.e. to the ACP port on Cortex-A9 or A15). The arm_dma_ops
are modified at boot when arch_is_coherent is true.

The st_mutex was created when the BKL was removed, and
prevents simultaneous st_open calls. It is better to
protect just the necessary data.

We set the capacity to zero when we discovered a device formatted with
an unknown DIF protection type. However, the read_capacity code would
override the capacity and cause the device to be enabled regardless.
Make sd_read_protection_type() return an error if the protection type is
unknown. Also prevent duplicate printk lines when the device is being
revalidated.

For ISP83XX risc_intr getting clear two times in case of polling mode.
risc_intr getting clear from interrupt_service_routine() as well

If IRQ allocation fails, it means system has run out of interrupt

Camram is reset by FW to default values after reboot/cold boot/pci reset.
In case of AER, PCI may need to reset so we need to set correct idc reg value
after PCIE error.
