This patch adds support for DIF read/write verify emulation
for TARGET_DIF_TYPE1_PROT + TARGET_DIF_TYPE3_PROT operation.
This includes sbc_dif_verify_write() + sbc_dif_verify_read()
calls accessable by backend drivers to perform DIF verify
for SGL based data and protection information.
Also included is sbc_dif_copy_prot() logic to copy protection
information to/from backend provided protection SGLs.
Based on scsi_debug.c DIF TYPE1+TYPE3 emulation.

This patch adds sbc_check_prot() for performing various DIF
related CDB sanity checks, along with setting cmd->prot_type
once sanity checks have passed.
Also, add calls in sbc_parse_cdb() for READ_[10,12,16] +
WRITE_[10,12,16] to perform DIF sanity checking.

This patch adds DIF related definitions to target_core_base.h
that includes enums for target_prot_op + target_prot_type +
target_prot_version + target_guard_type + target_pi_error.
Also included is struct se_dif_v1_tuple, along with changes
to struct se_cmd, struct se_dev_attrib, and struct se_device.
Also, add new se_subsystem_api->[init,format,free]_prot() callers
used by target core code to setup backend specific protection
information after the device has been configured.
Enums taken from Sagi Grimberg's original patch.

This patch converts the temporary buffer in spc_emulate_inquiry() to
use dynamically allocated memory, instead of local stack memory.
Also bump SE_INQUIRY_BUF up to 1024 bytes to be safe when handling
multiple large SCSI name descriptors for EVPD=0x83.

When a writing to a command-provided buffer we need to ensure
that we're not writing past the end of it.
At the same time we need to continue processing as typically
the final data length (ie the required size of the buffer)
need to be returned.

Referrals need an LBA map, which needs to be kept
consistent across all target port groups. So
instead of tying the map to the target port groups
I've implemented a single attribute containing the
entire map.

the results of the first calculation discarded. So remove it.

"pre" is really an allocation function. The only time it isn't called is
for virtual_lun0, which is statically allocated. Renaming that to "alloc"
lets the other function not need to be "post", and just be called
core_tpg_add_lun.

We have the following means for encoding writable or dirty ptes:
PTE_DIRTY PTE_RDONLY
!pte_dirty && !pte_write 0 1
!pte_dirty && pte_write 0 1
pte_dirty && !pte_write 1 1
pte_dirty && pte_write 1 0
So we can't distinguish between writable clean ptes and read only
ptes. This can cause problems with ptes being incorrectly flagged as
read only when they are writable but not dirty.
This patch introduces a new software bit PTE_WRITE which allows us to
correctly identify writable ptes. PTE_RDONLY is now only clear for
valid ptes where a page is both writable and dirty.

So any FIQ handling is superfluous at the moment. The functions to
disable/enable FIQs is kept around if ever someone needs them in the
future, but existing calling sites including arch_cpu_idle_prepare()
may go for now.

arm64/include/asm/dma-contiguous.h is trying to include
<asm-genric/dma-contiguous.h> which does not exist, and thus failing
build for arm64 if we enable CONFIG_DMA_CMA. This patch fixes build
error by removing unwanted header inclusion from arm64's dma-contiguous.h.

The introduction of percpu offset optimisation through tpidr_el1 in:

"arm64: percpu: implement optimised pcpu access using tpidr_el1"
requires cpu_{suspend/resume} to restore the tpidr_el1 register upon resume
so that percpu variables can be addressed correctly when a CPU comes out
of reset from warm-boot.
This patch fixes cpu_{suspend}/{resume} tpidr_el1 restoration on resume, by
calling the set_my_cpu_offset C API, as it is done on primary and secondary
CPUs on cold boot, so that, even if the register used to store the percpu
offset is changed, the save and restore of general purpose registers does not
have to be updated.

The patch 3ddc5b46a8e90f3c9251338b60191d0a804b0d92 breaks networking on
alpha (there is a follow-up fix 5cfe8f1ba5eebe6f4b6e5858cdb1a5be4f3272a6,
but networking is still broken even with the second patch).
The patch 3ddc5b46a8e90f3c9251338b60191d0a804b0d92 makes
csum_partial_copy_from_user check the pointer with access_ok. However,
csum_partial_copy_from_user is called also from csum_partial_copy_nocheck
and csum_partial_copy_nocheck is called on kernel pointers and it is
supposed not to check pointer validity.
This bug results in ssh session hangs if the system is loaded and bulk
data are printed to ssh terminal.
This patch fixes csum_partial_copy_nocheck to call set_fs(KERNEL_DS), so
that access_ok in csum_partial_copy_from_user accepts kernel-space
addresses.

The side effect of commit 1056e4388b045 ("v4l2-dev: Fix race condition on
__video_register_device") is the increased number of index value assigned
on video_device registration. Before that commit video_devices were
numbered from 0, after it, the indexes starts from 1, because get_index()
always count the device, which is being registered. Some device drivers
rely on video_device index number for internal purposes, i.e. s5p-mfc
driver stopped working after that patch. This patch restores the old method
of numbering the video_device indexes.

Before changeset d8b4b5822f51e, the remote controller device numbers
were released when the device were unregistered. That helped to maintain
some sanity, as, when USB devices are replugged, the remote controller
would get the same number.
Restore the same behaviour.

Some of the SOCs hold the IRB IP in softreset state by default.
For this IP to work driver needs to bring it out of softreset.
This patch adds support to reset the IP via reset framework.
Without this patch the driver can not work with SoCs which holds the IP
in softreset.
