This gets Samba to now correctly return STATUS_PATH_NOT_COVERED when it is supposed to (Windows already did since the direction of the slash was not an issue for them). A typo meant that we were resetting req->rq_private_buf.len in call_decode(), and then clobbering that value with the old rq_rcv_buf.len again in xprt_transmit().
