ALSA: hda - Cache PCM and STREAM parameters queries
Cache quries for PCM and STREAM parameters as well as ampcap and pincap sharing the hash table. This will reduce the superfluous access of the same codec verbs. Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>
