[ALSA] Add O_APPEND flag support to PCM
Added O_APPEND flag support to PCM to enable shared substreams among multiple processes. This mechanism is used by dmix and dsnoop plugins. Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>
