mm: create /sys/kernel/mm
Add a kobject to create /sys/kernel/mm when sysfs is mounted. The kobject will exist regardless. This will allow for the hugepage related sysfs directories to exist under the mm "subsystem" directory. Add an ABI file appropriately.
