[PARISC] atomic64 support
Implement atomic64_t so atomic_long_t works on parisc. Also clean up some of the coding style in atomic.h, and make sure ATOMIC_INIT is cast properly. Signed-off-by: Kyle McMartin <kyle@parisc-linux.org>
