[PATCH] Kill L1_CACHE_SHIFT_MAX
Kill L1_CACHE_SHIFT from all arches. Since L1_CACHE_SHIFT_MAX is not used anymore with the introduction of INTERNODE_CACHE, kill L1_CACHE_SHIFT_MAX.
