UBIFS: make 2 functions static
This is a minor change which makes 2 functions static because they are not used outside the gc.c file: 'data_nodes_cmp()' and 'nondata_nodes_cmp()'. Signed-off-by: Artem Bityutskiy <Artem.Bityutskiy@nokia.com>
