HFS+: add custom dentry hash and comparison operations
Add custom dentry hash and comparison operations for HFS+ filesystems that are case-insensitive and/or do automatic unicode decomposition. The new operations reuse the existing HFS+ ASCII to unicode conversion, unicode decomposition and case folding functionality.
