ceph: skip if no auth cap in flush_snaps
If we have a capsnap but no auth cap (e.g. because it is migrating to another mds), bail out and do nothing for now. Do NOT remove the capsnap from the flush list. Signed-off-by: Sage Weil <sage@newdream.net>
