[SCSI] lpfc: Replace lpfc_sli_issue_iocb_wait_high_priority
Replace lpfc_sli_issue_iocb_wait_high_priority with lpfc_sli_issue_iocb_wait.
Simplify code paths, as there really wasn't a "priority"
