Alchemy Semi Au1000 pcmcia driver: convert pcmcia_sockets_lock in a mutex
Alchemy Semi Au1000 pcmcia driver: The semaphore pcmcia_sockets_lock
is used as a mutex, convert it to the mutex API
(akpm: make it static too)
