UBI: create ubi_wl_entry slab on initialization
Similarly to ltree_entry_slab, it makes more sense to create and destroy ubi_wl_entry slab on module initialization/exit. Signed-off-by: Artem Bityutskiy <Artem.Bityutskiy@nokia.com>
