V4L/DVB (7659): dvb-core: Implement DMX_SET_BUFFER_SIZE for dvr
Implementation of DMX_SET_BUFFER_SIZE for dvr.
Synchronization of the code of DMX_SET_BUFFER_SIZE for demux and dvr.
