ctc: removal of the old ctc driver
ctc driver is replaced by a new ctcm driver. The ctcm driver supports the channel-to-channel connections of the old ctc driver plus an additional MPC protocol to provide SNA connectivity. This patch removes the functions of the old ctc driver.
