rtc: rc5t583: add ricoh rc5t583 RTC driver
Add an RTC driver for the RTC device on Ricoh MFD Rc5t583. Ricoh RTC has
3 types of alarms. The current patch adds support for the Y-Alarm of
RC5t583 RTC.
