pcmcia: deprecate CS_BAD_TUPLE
CS_BAD_TUPLE was used to denote a bad tuple being passed to the parse function. Therefore, replace it with -EINVAL and a verbose message. Signed-off-by: Dominik Brodowski <linux@dominikbrodowski.net>
