[PATCH] mv643xx: fix outstanding tx skb counter
This patch corrects the accounting of outstanding tx skbs. It fixes
a bug that causes "Error on Queue Full" messages seen since scatter-gather
was enabled by using the hardware tcp/udp checksum generator.
