iwlwifi: move HT_IE_EXT_CHANNEL_* driver definitions to iwl-4965.h
Move HT_IE_EXT_CHANNEL_* driver definitions to iwl-4965.h
Add comments to guide .h file usage (hw/api/driver definitions)
Minor comment cleanup
