drivers/net/skge.c: Use (pr|netdev)_<level> macro helpers
Add #define pr_fmt(fmt) KBUILD_MODNAME ": " fmt
Remove #define PFX
Use pr_<level>
Use netdev_<level>
Checkpatch cleaning
