[PPP]: handle misaligned accesses
From: "Philippe De Muyter" <phdm@macqel.be> This patch avoids ppp-generated kernel crashes on machines where unaligned accesses are forbidden (ie: m68000), by fixing ppp alignment setting for reused skb's.
