[SCSI] mptfusion: mptspi Adding Stub Driver - SCSI Parallel
(1) mptspi.c: This driver is having module_init, module_exit, and probe.
(2) mptspi.c: Registering for SCSI pci ids are done from this module.
(3) mptspi.c: Convert MODULE_PARM to module_param
