V4L/DVB (6418): Converted tvaudio from V4L1 to V4L2
V4L1 ioctls were replaced to V4L2 were applicable. The older ones already implemented were removed. Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab@infradead.org>
