V4L/DVB (3152): Fixes some troubles at v4l2 compat stuff
- This patch fixes merge and typo problems in v4l2/compat, and fixes
VIDIOC_STREAMON, VIDIOC_STREAMOFF & VIDIOC_S_FBUF.
