[PATCH] ISDN: Rename debug option CONFIG_SERIAL_NOPAUSE_IO
Based on advice from K. Keil, rename the special debug option
CONFIG_SERIAL_NOPAUSE_IO to ELSA_SERIAL_NOPAUSE_IO so it no longer resembles a
user-selectable kernel config option.
