Input: hil_kbd - prepare for merging with hil_ptr
Rename functions and variables from [hil_]kbd to [hil_]dev in preparation of merging hil_kbd and hil_ptr. Tested-by: Helge Deller <deller@gmx.de> Signed-off-by: Dmitry Torokhov <dtor@mail.ru>
