ieee1394: remove unused csr1212 code
Delete unused code. Make some extern functions static. Remove superfluous inline keywords. Move private definitions from csr1212.h to csr1212.c. Signed-off-by: Stefan Richter <stefanr@s5r6.in-berlin.de>
