the scheduled IEEE1394_OUI_DB removal
This patch contains the scheduled IEEE1394_OUI_DB removal.

Update: Also remove drivers/ieee1394/.gitignore.
Remove now unused struct members in drivers/ieee1394/nodemgr.h.
