ide-cd: kill CDROM_CONFIG_FLAGS() macro
While at it rename 'info' variable to 'cd' in ide_cdrom_probe_capabilities() and ide_cdrom_setup(). Signed-off-by: Bartlomiej Zolnierkiewicz <bzolnier@gmail.com>
