[ARM] ecard: add ecardm_iomap() / ecardm_iounmap()
Add devres ecardm_iomap() and ecardm_iounmap() for Acorn expansion cards. Convert all expansion card drivers to use them. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>
