remove ide-scsi
As planed, this removes ide-scsi. The 2.6 kernel supports direct writing to ide CD drives, which eliminates the need for ide-scsi. ide-scsi has been unmaintained and marked as deprecated. 193 WARNING: ide-scsi is no longer needed for cd writing applications!
194 The 2.6 kernel supports direct writing to ide-cd, which eliminates
