gpio: define gpio_is_valid()
Introduce a gpio_is_valid() predicate; use it in gpiolib.
Signed-off-by: Guennadi Liakhovetski <g.liakhovetski@pengutronix.de>
[ use inline function; follow the gpio_* naming convention;
